The Comptia A+ certification is a great certification to start with for individuals looking to get their foot in the door. It will introduce you to the exciting world of computing technology. The A+ certification training starts at the ground level by explaining the computer's internal components and how they operate. There will also be some training on software such as various operating systems, applications, anti-virus, and more. The A+ covers a very broad amount of material. This certification requires individuals to pass two test in order to be certified. This is a good starting point for individuals because it will create a foundation of understanding computing technologies which you will be able to build upon. The current test codes for the A+ exams are 220 - 1101 and 220 - 1102. The 220 - 1101 covers mobile devices, networking, hardware, virtualization and cloud computing, as well network troubleshooting. The 220 - 1102 exam covers operating systems, security, software troubleshooting, and operational procedures.
With the Comptia A+ certification you will be able to obtain job titles such as helpdesk, technical support, system support technician, service support analyst, and field service technician. Just to name a few.

This is a six week course. Classes will meet three times a week for interactive live virtual training. Students will work labs located on the Brainy Tech's server throughout the duration of the program. Students will also have access to an A+ ebook which will be located on Brainy Tech's server. This is a two part test which will require two separate enrollments.
